EASCO builds private label speed gates, swing barriers, and face recognition terminals for distributors, system integrators, and brand owners. Your project can be as simple as your logo on a proven gate, or a new product tooled from a blank drawing. Our structural, electronic, and software engineers work in the same Shenzhen building as the assembly line, so a revised drawing reaches the production floor the same week.
OEM and ODM Hardware Development Process
Send STEP, IGS, or SolidWorks files, a 2D drawing, or a physical sample. Structural design, mold making, sheet metal stamping, surface finishing, PCB layout, and firmware development all happen in our own facility. One project manager tracks your product from the first drawing review to the final container.
A mutual NDA is signed before any file changes hands. Your tooling deposit is credited in full against the first production order.
Requirement and Drawing Review
We review your CAD files or sample and confirm structural and electronic feasibility before any cost is committed.
Engineering Proposal and Quotation
You receive a material selection, a tooling cost estimate, unit pricing by volume tier, and a lead time schedule in one document.
Tooling and Mold Development
Stamping dies, injection molds, and sheet metal CNC tooling are designed and cut in house.
First Article Sample
We assemble the first physical unit and inspect its dimensions, fit, tolerances, and surface finish against your drawing.
Electronics and Firmware Integration
This covers mainboard layout, reader module brackets, the wiring harness, power supply selection, and base firmware.
Testing and Certification Preparation
The sample goes through MCBF cycle testing, drop testing, and temperature and humidity chamber testing, followed by a CE and FCC compliance review.
Pilot Production (10 to 50 units)
A short run confirms assembly jigs, packaging, the user manual, and QA checklists before volume release.
Mass Production and Delivery
Full production, then sea or air freight with a spare parts kit and ongoing firmware updates.
Turnstile Gate Customization Options
Customization changes what your customers see and touch. The core mechanism, brushless DC drive, and control board remain standard EASCO assemblies rated for an MCBF of 10 million cycles, so a custom gate carries the same reliability record as our catalog models.
Passage Width
Choose a standard 600 mm (23.6 in) lane or a 900 mm (35.4 in) wide lane for wheelchairs, luggage, and carts. The wide lane exceeds the 32 inch minimum clear opening the ADA sets for accessible doorways. Barrier length and motor torque are recalibrated for each width.
Barrier Panel Design
Options include tempered glass, acrylic, stainless steel grid, or full height panels, in clear, smoked, frosted, or tinted finishes, with custom etched patterns.
Color and Surface Finish
Cabinets can be matched to RAL colors with electrostatic powder coating, or finished in PVD titanium (gold, black, rose gold, bronze) over brushed or mirror 304 or 316 stainless steel. 316 is recommended for coastal and outdoor sites.
Logo Branding
Your logo can be laser engraved into the stainless steel cabinet, silk screened or UV printed on the glass barriers, or added as a backlit acrylic badge on the cabinet lid.
Reader and Module Integration
We design cutouts and brackets around the third party readers and peripherals you specify, so they are fitted and wired at the factory.
Customization for facial recognition device
Your brand appears on the bezel and the screen, while the recognition algorithm and certifications stay the same as our standard terminal. The terminal reads the credentials your sites already use, so a rollout does not require reissuing cards.
Logo adding
Your logo is silk screened or laser etched on the front bezel, and it also appears on the boot screen and standby interface.
Housing Color
The anodized aluminum frame comes in silver, space gray, matte black, or champagne gold, or can be matched to your corporate color.
Built In Modules
Supported modules include IC and ID card readers (MIFARE, DESFire, EM, HID), barcode and QR scanners, temperature sensors, and 4G LTE. Each module is integrated inside the housing, so nothing is bolted on.
Installation methods
Pick a mounting option to see what changes on the bracket and cabling.
Bracket, cut-out and finish matched to the gate cabinet so the terminal reads as one product, wired and commissioned before the gate leaves the factory.
Access Control SDK and API Development
EASCO terminals connect to your servers over HTTP, WebSocket, and MQTT. Our software team can write a custom connection protocol for your platform, or configure an offline LAN setup where devices keep working without internet access. Integration documentation is supplied with every OEM project.
Android System, Launcher, and APK Customization
This covers Android firmware modification at the system level: a custom launcher, preinstalled proprietary apps, and branding that runs from power on to standby. Your users see your product, not a generic tablet.
Boot animation
A custom startup animation, a static splash screen, and your company branding during device startup.
System Settings Lockdown
We hide navigation bars, lock system settings, and disable USB debugging so users on site cannot tamper with the device.
Language Packs
Any language pack can be added to the interface, voice prompts, and error messages.
Desktop / APK deployment
Pre-install your proprietary APK as default system launcher (kiosk mode), with auto-restart on crash and OTA update support.
